Beyond ABC

 
    The cafe to be opened is a full service restaurant located in lower College Town at 308-310 Stewart Avenue Ithaca, New York. The name of the cafe is to be decided. The restaurant will feature a full menu of moderately priced vegetarian, vegan, raw, organic, local and gluten free food. Along with dinner specials influenced by international cooking styles from around the world. The restaurant will share space with local artists as well as local musicians.  We will have rotating art shows featuring a new local artist monthly. We will also have late night entertainment with open mic on rotating Tuesdays and open jazz night on Thursdays along with various musicians on Friday and Saturday nights.  
    The cafe will be owned and operated by Beyond ABC, LLC, a New York limited liability company run by managing members Ananda Barreno, Sean Lunny and Rob Delphous.
 The location of 308-310 Stewart Avenue has been a staple and a tradition in the Ithaca community for 28 years offering a vegetarian menu in a relaxed atmosphere. We plan to offer old favorites along with new menu items using the finest ingredients with more options for those who desire organic, vegan, raw, and gluten free fare. We will be open Tuesday through Sunday serving a full menu with business hours as follows.
Monday- closed
Tuesday- 9:00am-10:00pm
 Wednesday- 9:00am -10:00pm
Thursday- 9:00am-12:00am
Friday- 9:00am-12:00am
Saturday- 9:00am - 12:00am 
Sunday- 9:00am - 8:00pm.
  The smaller portion of the restaurant will be a coffee shop/ juice-bar and will serve a menu suitable for customers with a more time constricted schedule to purchase grab and go items, place to go orders and receive counter service ordering from a quick service menu.
